HOW TO USE
  1. Place only the wraps in the container.
  2. Cover with cold water and ice and let them soak for 20 minutes.
  3. Shake the Hope Bruma Freeze for a few seconds.
  4. Spray Hope Bruma Freeze on clean skin in the desired area (abdomen, arms, or legs).
  5. Wrap from bottom to top.
  6. Leave the wraps on for 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Wait at least 2 hours before showering to maximize results.


Additional Tips

  • Do not apply to irritated or broken skin.
  • If the cold feels too intense, remove the wraps sooner and allow your skin to return to its normal temperature.

Keep Hope Bruma Freeze out of reach of children.

It is not necessary to rinse the wraps after use. Simply wash them with soap and rinse thoroughly.
