How to Use Hope Bruma Freeze
- Shake the Hope Bruma Freeze for a few seconds.
- Spray directly on clean skin in the desired area (abdomen, arms, or legs).
- Massage gently until absorbed.
- For enhanced results, wrap the area if desired, but it is optional.
- Avoid showering for at least 2 hours after application to maximize results.
Additional Tips
- Do not apply to irritated or broken skin.
- If the cooling sensation feels too intense, discontinue use and allow your skin to return to its normal temperature.
- Keep Hope Bruma Freeze out of reach of children.
- Use 2 to 3 times per week for best results.
